Location: the hotel was really close to the center and all public transport in the valley. Tried some takeout specials at Sparky's Grill, luckily it was within easy walking distance of the venue.

the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices for both the rooms and the delicious breakfast. Finally, the location was perfect, being conveniently close to the center of town and offering easy access to the ski lift for a fun-filled day on the slopes. I especially enjoyed my room with a balcony, providing stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
The only minor issue I encountered was some small technical details that showed a bit of wear and tear in the building. However, this didn't detract from my overall enjoyable experience.

Stayed in this hotel for a city break and had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a variety of choices and the fresh scrambled eggs were a nice touch. The location was also convenient, close to the ski-lifts and regional buses. The Saas-card that was included in the room-fee allowed us to easily explore the area.
The bathroom in the room was quite small, making it difficult for two people to be inside together. the room was not heated when we arrived, despite communicating our arrival time in advance.

During our winter trip, we had a fantastic stay at a small, quiet village with great possibilities for winter hiking and skiing. the hotel offered a convenient location with quick access to skiing areas and provided two sauna rooms and an infra red cabin to relax after skiing. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. the breakfast was exceptional offering gluten-free bread as requested. the staff were courteous, very helpful, and prompt to attend to our needs. we had a memorable stay with delicious food, comfortable rooms, and great service.
The limited parking space at the hotel and lack of onsite assistance may cause inconvenience during peak periods.

The dinner menu was excellent, with several options to choose from. it was really convenient to access the hotel's ski room right from the slopes. Another advantage is that the hotel is located within walking distance from the village center, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
